Baked Goods.
Locally Made.
With Care.

Nice to meet you.
I am your baker,
Adélaïde.

My Story

baked. began in a small kitchen, with a lot of curiosity, a little patience, and the simple pleasure of figuring out what happens when flour, butter, sugar, and time come together.

What started as an experiment grew into something much more personal: a way of creating, of paying attention, and of making something that can bring a little warmth into an ordinary day.

Over time, I found my own way of baking, drawn to balance, depth, texture, and flavours that have something to say. I like the process as much as the result: the late-night experiments, the recipes that need another try, the unexpected combinations that somehow work.

Today, baked. is a one-woman bakery, shaped entirely by my hands, my curiosity, and my love for making things well.

And that's exactly how I want it.

My Philosophy

Simple.

I believe in simplicity.

A cookie does not need
to prove anything. Just
good ingredients, love & time.

In simplicity, I seek bliss.

Local.

It begins close to belonging.

That includes my ingredients,
intent and recipes. This way,
I stay connected to what is real.

Local is not a label. It is a blessing.

Good.

Baking is not about perfection.

Good means fair, mindful, and human. I want to provide you with
sweetness whenever you need it.

Your satisfaction is my elation.
